“When I give, I give my heart out.”~ Daniel Nana Yaw Amfoh.

Giving is a parting with something precious to us, usually to the needy or to someone who does not have it. Giving is a gift, a grace, a kindness associating our belief in a person or a project. Cultivating a heart of giving is the greatest blessing any person, group or institution can ascribe to. A heart of giving opens doors for you. Doors are doors! Doors are opportunities which, by your own efforts and strengths, you cannot land them. They come to you and you say admittedly, “For these favours I am grateful!” Why? Because you could not afford them with your wealth and worth.

These doors are graces. They are acts of kindness shown to us by our heavenly Father. The Bible says, give, and it shall be given unto you; good measure, pressed down, shaking together and running over shall men give unto your bosom. Yes, we claim our blessings when we give! Angels in the likeness of men minister to us with heavenly weighed equivalent of our gift t. Oh boy, and that’s a whole lot! A massive lol! Thus by our giving we re-link with Divinity. Nothing comes down from heaven unless something leave us!

You literally force the hand of God to impart your own cause when you give. That’s you claim your own miracles. Yes miracles in business, miracles in sickness, a jackpot, a fruit of the womb, accident-free life, a walk in extreme triumph, not sought-for contracts, a new mansion, an unusual kindness, etc are all pregnant and birthed in your giving. Giving is very critical to the success of leading the higher life, a life of unusual abundance and peace.

Moving to the next level of glory is all in our giving. Achievers never downplay the power of giving. They understand it very well. Why? Because it makes them. You are your giving. A spectacular example in Scripture ,Genesis 22:9-18, is that of the Patriarch Abraham who gave out his only beloved son Isaac and God blessed him abundantly. It is in the heart. When the heart decides to do it, it is done!

The Bible says in Ps. 41:1-3 KJV that, “Blessed is he that considereth the poor: the Lord will deliver him in time of trouble. The Lord will preserve him, and keep him alive; and he shall be blessed upon the earth: and thou wilt not deliver him unto the will of his enemies. The Lord will strengthen him upon the bed of languishing: thou wilt make all his bed in his sickness.” What this tells us is that when we give:

1. We claim our blessings.
2. We claim divine protection.
3. We claim divine preservation.
4. Health.
5. Life.
6. He keeps your enemies at bay.
7. We get supernatural strength.
8. We get power.
9. We enjoy divine provisions.

Simply put when we give to the poor we mortgage our very lives. We buy into the hedge of God’s protection~ Job 1:10. He says in Isaiah 43:4 that, “Since thou wast precious in my sight, thou hast been
honourable, and I loved thee: therefore I will give men for thee, and people for thy life.” He redeems you from the enemy’s trap. Have you ever considered why in a car or a jet crash, many die and yet others go unscathed, without a pin scratch on their bodies? They give and save souls! They exchange their deaths for others’. They are kingdom imparters! You will say they escaped by the skin of the teeth. No! They didn’t escape! Should it happen 100 times, they will be safe 100 times! That’s the power of giving!

Prov. 13:8 says, “The ransom of a man’s life are his riches: but the poor heareth not rebuke.” Yes ransom your life with what you have! What do you have to give? Anything! Giving is giving! Give your all! Your body first, and your possessions, second. Be ready to serve and be served. You serve Him and He serves you. Do anything for people to help their cause. Don’t be asked to. Find it a duty to do so.

Then, your possessions. Give anything in kind. Old shirts, pants, jackets, phones, underwears, books, application softwares, foods, just any thing. And where necessary, give cash and checks; that’s the most liquid of them all. Do these and see how your life and your world turn around. Pronto, you are a walking blessing! You are a spring of abundance! You are a wonder to the world! All these come to you by your giving. Oh, how precious a giving heart is! It’s the beloved of His Creator! He is the envy of all. Have you given anything today? Please do and enjoy life! Thank you. Stay blest! It is done! Amen.
